I'm Avash Rayamajhi, a Product Designer based in Berlin, Germany.
Hallo! đź‘‹ My name is Avash. With 10+ years of design experience, I create digital product solutions by plucking out complexity and sewing in user intuitiveness.
I specialize in B2B SaaS products, transforming intricate workflows into high-performing interfaces. Most recently, my work has focused on the Healthcare and Hospitality industries, where I've led the design for complex data-driven tools and POS ecosystems.
Specializing in Product Design, I have worked with brands like Altitude, Numu POS, Komodo Health and mySecondTeacher to name a few. I excel at articulating design thinking and love working in a team.

Altitude is a Clinician-Level Execution Platform that analyzes patient data at scale, builds clinician capabilities, and closes execution gaps in real time — actively supporting clinicians before outcomes lock in.
As a Product Designer, I design the interfaces powering Altitude's three core pillars — Activate (surfacing real-time clinical actions), Extend (patient follow-through between visits), and Identify (clinician skill and execution profiles). My focus is transforming high-density patient data into clear, actionable interfaces that support clinicians before outcomes lock in.
I integrate AI-assisted workflows—utilizing Claude, Gemini, and Figma—to rapidly prototype and validate complex logic and user flows. I am building the Altitude design system from the ground up, focused on creating MCP-ready components to ensure the system is prepared for AI-agent integration, allowing for automated UI generation and logic validation that stays 100% on-brand.

NumuNumu is a comprehensive POS ecosystem designed to streamline hospitality and retail operations through intuitive service management, real-time analytics, and seamless digital integration. The platform empowers food businesses to manage orders, digital menus, and financial reporting within a unified, high-performance interface.
As the Lead Product Designer, I spearheaded the end-to-end design strategy and execution of the Numu product suite. I established the product's foundational design architecture by implementing a high-scale, industry-standard design system. Working within Figma, I designed complex user flows—including merchant onboarding, table management, and multi-channel payment processing—while crafting precise UX copy to ensure clarity across all touch points.

mySecondTeachermySecondTeacher is an award-winning e-learning platform that enhances secondary education with interactive video lessons, assessments, and tailored learning tools. The platform aims to make learning more accessible and engaging by offering high-quality digital resources and a user-friendly virtual learning environment.
As the Lead Product Designer from the platform's inception, I shaped mySecondTeacher's user experience and visual identity. I led the main web platform's design, creating a cohesive design system, and conducted research and competitive analysis to develop data-driven business intelligence features. My role extended to designing the mobile apps (iOS & Android), TV App, and supervising back-office apps as well as website design.

Komodo HealthKomodo Health is a USA healthcare technology company that uses data and analytics to improve patient outcomes and optimize healthcare delivery. Through its Healthcare Map platform, Komodo aggregates and analyzes de-identified patient-level data to reveal insights about patient journeys, disease patterns, and treatment efficacy.
As a Senior UI/UX Designer for Komodo Health, I collaborated closely with the product owner to plan and design feature requirements. One of the main challenges was developing clear and effective data visualizations that leveraged the wealth of data available while remaining easy to interpret. I designed screens for both web and tablet to enhance user engagement and prepared detailed design assets and UX documentation to ensure a smooth handoff to the internal development team.

HoneyGuideHoneyGuide is a travel service specializing in guided trekking and tour experiences in Nepal, particularly around Everest. They offer booking for treks, helicopter tours, flights, accommodations, and guides, with a focus on responsible tourism that supports local communities.
For one of my first major projects as a UI/UX designer, I designed HoneyGuide's web interface. I collaborated closely with the client to define requirements and delivered innovative solutions tailored to enhance user experience. My role spanned the entire design process, including persona profiling, wire-framing, prototyping, and asset management, ensuring a seamless, user-centric interface that aligned with HoneyGuide's vision to promote domestic tourism.

TootleTootle is a ride-sharing app tailored to Nepal's urban transport needs, connecting passengers with motorbike riders for affordable, efficient travel through congested city streets. Users can seamlessly request rides, track their journey in real-time with GPS, and make payments directly through the app.
I undertook a design overhaul challenge of the Tootle app as a self-initiated project to improve its alignment with the brand and enhance the user experience for both riders and customers. Unsatisfied with the current UI/UX, my goal was to streamline the interface and boost usability, making the app more intuitive and visually appealing.
The real app is available on the Google Play Store.
